By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. About the Site and Our Services
Leopard Media Group is a business development and multi-media marketing firm providing services that may include, among others, marketing and communications strategy, public relations, branding, market-entry advisory, and business development support for domestic and international clients, including engagement with U.S. government agencies, foreign embassies, and trade organizations.
The Site is intended to provide general information about Leopard Media Group, its team, and its services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate signed agreement, statement of work, or contract between Leopard Media Group and the client, the terms of which will control over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
